the only thing open is to update the build and test dependencies CQ, so I went ahead and scheduled a release for Dec 7, release review documents still need to be provided.
@Tycho committers if there is anything you would like to see merged for 1.3 please set the target milestone of the bug accordingly and let me know if the proposed 1.3 schedule fits.
